Chicken in Vinegar Sauce
Serves: 2
Ingredients
100g Chicken breast or thigh
30g onion, diced
20g carrot, diced
pinch salt
2 tsp sake
4 tsp potato starch
2 tbsp dashi
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp rice vinegar
radish sprouts for garnish
Steps
Mix dashi, both soy sauces, mirin, and rice vinegar to make dressing.
Sprinkle the chicken with salt and sake.
Slice the onion and carrot.
Heat the oil and pan fry the onion and carrot, then toss them in the dressing.
Sieve potato starch for the chicken. Add the oil into the pan.
Cook the chicken. Put the chicken in the dressing and marinate.
Put radish sprouts on the top.
