Burdock & Green Bean Salad

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 30g Burdock

  • 4 pieces green beans

  • 4 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp mirin 

  • 2 tsp rice vinegar

  • 2 tsp sesame paste

Steps

  1. Grind sesame, add soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, and sesame paste and mix well.

  2. Boil the green beans, then slice diagonally. Slice burdock and cook in boiling vinegared water.

  3. Dress the vegetables with the dressing and serve.
