Pumpkin in Miso Sauce

Ingredients
80g pumpkin
1 tsp miso
1/2 tsp mirin
2 tbsp dashi
Shiso leaf for topping
Steps
Mix miso, mirin, and dashi to make a miso sauce.
Cut the pumpkin long and thin
Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry pumpkin for a few minutes.
Add miso sauce, stir fry until the liquid is gone.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped shiso.
