Pumpkin in Miso Sauce

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 80g pumpkin

  • 1 tsp miso

  • 1/2 tsp mirin

  • 2 tbsp dashi

  • Shiso leaf for topping

Steps

  1. Mix miso, mirin, and dashi to make a miso sauce.

  2. Cut the pumpkin long and thin

  3. Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry pumpkin for a few minutes.

  4. Add miso sauce, stir fry until the liquid is gone.

  5. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped shiso.
