Goma Miso-ae Potatoes

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 60g potatoes

  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp miso

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 2 tsp dashi

  • Shredded red pepper

Steps

  1. Peel and cut potato into bite size. Cook the potato by boiling.

  2. Grind the sesame seeds. Add miso, sugar, and dashi and combine well.

  3. Add the potato to the sesame sauce and toss to coat.

  4. Decorate with shredded red pepper
