Peach Melomel
The only mead we brewed at Byrum street, a sweet peach melomel that never really cleared up. Finished the last bottle during a tasting with friends in April 2021.

Yeast: 1 pkt Redstar Premier Blanc
Water: 3/4 gal Spring Water
Extra: 1 lb frozen peach slices
