Rajas de Chile Poblano

ingredients
1 tbsp butter
30g onions, thinly sliced
1 poblano pepper, roasted, peeled, deveined, and cut into strips
40g corn
40g cream cheese
2 tbsp cream
4 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp chicken boullion
salt
steps
1. Heat butter in a skillet.
2. Add onion and fry for one minute.
3. Add poblano and fry for one minute.
4. Add corn and cook for two minutes.
5. Add cream cheese, milk, and broth.
6. Season with salt and simmer for three minutes.
