Matcha Kanten

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha

  • 12g honey

  • 100ml water

  • 0.4g kanten (powdered agar)

  • 2 tsp mirin

  • Vanilla ice cream

Steps

  1. Mix matcha and honey very well. Add water little by little. Add powder kanten and mix well.

  2. Heat it up and stir. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 1 min.

  3. Put Mirin and mix. Pour the mixture into a plastic container. Cool it down.

  4. Cut into small squares, then serve decorated with vanilla ice cream.
