Grilled Eggplant with Dashi

Ingredients
1 eggplant
6 tbsp dashi
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
Ginger, Bonito flakes for garnish
Steps
Put the finely cut at an angle to the skin surface of eggplant. Cut into a bite size.
Grate ginger.
Put enough oil in a pan and put eggplant with the skin side down. Turn over the eggplant.
Add dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and rice vinegar in a pan. Cook it until half the liquid is gone.
Dish up with grated ginger and bonito flakes.
